Thank you for being considerate of the common spaces which include the private gated beach park and two large grass play fields.
Private Gated Beach Park
An amazing place to enjoy for our members and their guests!
The beach belongs to all members so please read the rules below and make sure your children (especially teenage children) understand and abide by them.
Beach Rules - Violations of these rules could result in loss of beach privileges.
Holiday Hills Beach is a MEMBERS beach; we pay for the privilege of using it.
Guests Policy: Accompanied by members, guests are welcome. There is a 5-guest limit at any given time per family. Larger groups? Please book the gazebo via the calendar below. $25 will be charged for parties or groups leaving a mess.
Be respectful of others: Keep in mind that many families with small children use the beach. Please use appropriate language and behavior; keep radios/music players at a low volume; respect the privacy and property of others, especially neighbors who live by the beach.
We all need to watch out for our beach: If there are people who obviously don't belong on our beach or who are causing problems: e.g., unsafe play on the docks or misusing alcohol, politely ask them to leave. If problems persist, call 911.
Boats need to stay out of the swimming area and off the beach. Boat rack storage costs $10 a year; contact a member of the Board.
Please keep dog(s) and other pets out of the park.
There is no lifeguard -- Swim at your own risk and watch your children.
The beach gate opens with a special key that cannot be duplicated! The gate is usually closed and locked; bring your key! If you lose your key, contact a member of the Board to purchase a replacement key ($15).
The Beach Park closes at 10 p.m. Police will be called to deal with trespassers or noise after that hour.
Gazebo Reservations
Any member who is current on dues that would like to use the Gazebo/have more than 5 guests may but please make a reservation by clicking the button below which will save your date and time on the calendar.
Reminder: Free booking is included with membership dues but an additional $25 will be charged for parties or groups leaving a mess so please clean up after yourselves. Garbage and recycle cans at the beach are for small litter so please take home larger amounts from picnics/large gatherings. Please educate your guests on the beach rules above as needed.
Grass Play Fields
Take in the views, throw a ball around, or have a lovely walk. We have one field with medium sized soccer goals and another with a small baseball back-drop.
